Ingredients

2 packages Crescent Rolls
1 8oz packages cream cheese softened
¾ cup sugar
1 egg separated
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice together and set aside.
Spread one package of rolls in a 11 by 7 pan
Pour cheese mixtire over top
Place other package of cresecent rolls on top
Beat egg white until frothy
Spread on top of cake
Bake at 350 for ½ hour
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
Cool 1 hour
