Ingredients

  • 1/3

    cup margarine

  • 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 1

    egg

  • 1.5

    cup flour

  • 1.5

    tsp baking powder

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2

    cup milk

  • Topping:

  • 1/2

    cup butter for topping

  • 1/2

    cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Grease muffin tins, mix margarine, sugar and egg, stir in flour, powder, salt and cinnamon, alternate with milk. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and immediately after baking muffins dip the tops in melted butter then in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
