Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 2 or 2 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) container cool whip
- 9 350 20 pecans,coconut,oleo and sugar into a glass 9 x13 inch dish. Combine and brown in 350 degree oven, stirring often. (approximately 20 minutes) Cool.
- Refrigerate.
- Better if made the day before.
