Ingredients
- 8 oz tortilla chips (about 10 cups)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded jack cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup chopped, seeded tomato
- 1 4oz can diced green chili peppers, drained
- 1 2-1/4oz can sliced pitted olives, drained
- 1 15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- purchased salsa (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- purchased guacamole (optional)

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Divide tortilla chips between 2- 12 inch round pizza pans. Top chips with half the cheddar cheese, half the jack the green onions, tomato, and chili peppers. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses, the olives and black beans.
2. Bake one pan at a time, for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with salsa, sour cream, and/or guacamole.
