Ingredients
- 4 oz. prosciutto
- 6 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp fresh garlic
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 2 oz. prepared pesto sauce
- 2 oz. brandy
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 10 oz. fresh linguini or 4 or 5 oz. dry pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add mushrooms and cook 2 min. Add garlic, pesto, salt and pepper and toss. Add brandy and cook 30 seconds. Add prosciutto and creme and rediuce to saucy consistency.
