Prosciutto and Mushrooms in a Brandy Oesto Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. prosciutto
  • 6 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp fresh garlic
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • 2 oz. prepared pesto sauce
  • 2 oz. brandy
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 10 oz. fresh linguini or 4 or 5 oz. dry pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add mushrooms and cook 2 min. Add garlic, pesto, salt and pepper and toss. Add brandy and cook 30 seconds. Add prosciutto and creme and rediuce to saucy consistency.
