6 Week Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) Box Bran Cereal
- 5 C. Flour
- 3 C Sugar
- 5 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 qt. (4 cups) Buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Raisin Bran, flour, baking Soda, Sugar and salt. I mix until the bran has been beat down.
Then add buttermilk, eggs and oil.
Will stay good in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
Cook in the oven @ 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
OR cook in Babycakes mini cupcake maker for 7-8 minutes (do not need liners)
Favorite variations include:
-Orange zest and cranberries
-Dried blueberries
-Mash up a banana and add to mix (with pecans)
-Chocolate Chips
- A Spoonful of your favorite jam
