Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbs. chopped chives
  • 3 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, stirring until smooth. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve over meats or seafood. (Especially good on crab cakes.)
