Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- baking soda on the tip of the knife
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in a bowl 1 cup of milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour and stir thoroughly. Slowly add second cup of milk, constantly stirring the dough. At the end add baking soda and oil.
Take a frying pan, made of cast iron. Make it really hot. Put one tablespoon of oil and pour one-third of a ladle of the dough and spread it over the pan (thickness of a pancake should be no more than 1/10 of an inch). Fry on both sides. Serve them with sour cream or caviar or jam or honey or just butter.
