Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 t salt
- 1/3 C sliced green onions
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t red wine vinegar
- 2 t dried dill weed
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 1/8 t freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook or steam beans and green onions with salt. Whisk together oil and next four ingredients. Toss with bean
mixture just before serving.
