Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes sliced 1/4″ thick
- 1 lbs Chicken breasts 1/2"thick
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c Honey-Dijon BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon

Preparation
Step 1
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While
potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken
in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute
and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add BBQ
sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
