Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8oz/250g) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 C. (150ml) Hellman's Real Light or Light Cholesterol free mayonnaise.
- 1 C. (250ml/16oz/165g) cooked salad shrimp
- 2/3 C. (150ml) Seafood sauce
- 1 C. (250ml) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 C. (250ml) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 C. (125ml) seeded diced tomatoes
- 2 T. (30ml) chopped green onion
- Crackers/Tostitos Chips
- Substitute:
- I used 1/2 C. sour cream and 1/4C kraft mayo instead of 2/3 C. Helleman's mayo and I think it was much better.

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Beat cream cheese & mayo together until smooth.
Spread evenly in 12"x8" (30cm x 20cm) rectangular or 12" (30cm) round platter.
Sprinkle shrimp over cream cheese leaving a small boarder around the edge.
Spread seafood sauce over the shrimp.
Sprinkle cheese, tomato, and green onion on top.
Cover with plastic wrap & chill until serving.
Serve with crackers.
