Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) soy milk
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) red grapes
  • 1 orange, peeled, halved
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 1/2 peach, pitted
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (45 g) chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup (15 g) spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (78 g) pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 banana, peeled, frozen
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1



1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
