Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 3 cups water
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 1/2 c parsley
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/3 tsp. oregano
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- parmesan cheese
- 1/4-1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
combine ingredients for soup; simmer for 30 minutes.
Make meatballs; brown and drain; Add to soup and simmer until cooked through.
