Cucumber Spread

Tasty spread for appetizer toasts or sandwiches.

Ingredients

• 1 large cucumber - grated and dried with paper towels
• 1/4 cup grated onion
• 1 8-oz package cream cheese - softened
• 1/2 cup mayonaise
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 drop green food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Spread on toast or make crustless sandwiches and quarter.
