Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup lite cool whip, thawed
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate sugar free instant pudding
Mix 2 Tbsp. milk into peanut butter in large bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour 2 cups milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire wisk 1 to 2 mins. or until well blended. Spoon whipped topping and pudding alternately into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour.
