Classic Cup Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t cream of tarter
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 t orange zest
  • 1/4 t orange extract
  • 1 1/2 c chopped pistachios
  • 1 1/2 c dried cranberries
  • white chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking soda, cream of tarter. Beat buter 30 seconds. Add sugar. Beat in egg, zest and extract. Beat in flour until too thick, then stir by hand. Stir in pistacios and cranberries. Divide dough in two. Shape into roll and chill 24 hours. Slice. Place 2 " apart and bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Drizzle with white chocolate.
