BLACK BEAN AND ROASTED RED PEPPERS DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 can Kuners Black Beans with Cumin and Chili (sold at Scott's)
  • 7 oz. roasted red peppers
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mexican style cheese
  • Garlic and onion powder--to taste
  • Salt--to taste
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in microwaveable bowl and microwave on HIGH until hot and cheese has melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
