Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll pizza dough; pat into 9x12-inch rectangle. Spread marmalade over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle cranberries over marmalade, pressing gently into dough. Beginning with long side, roll up dough, jellyroll fashion; pinch seam to seal (do not seal ends of roll). Cut roll into 12 (1-inch) slices (see note below). Place slices, cut sides up, in lightly greased muffin pan.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Remove rolls from pan, and place on wire rack. Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and hot water in a small bowl, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes:
Wanna know how to cut this roll of dough into neatest, cleanest slices? Dental floss! That's right! Simply place, 10-inch piece of floss under dough, and cross two strands over top to cut slice.
