Ingredients
- large mushrooms
- minced onion
- bread crumbs
- minced garlic
- tiny amount of bacon
- parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Remove and chop stems. Saute with onions in butter. Add bread crumbs, garlic and bacon. Stuff mushroom caps and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 min at 350°F.
