Ingredients
- 7 chicken boullion cubes
- 7 c water
- 2 lb. package of cubed hash browns
- 1 ten oz. package frozen broccoli
- 1 ten oz. package of mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans lowfat cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. lowfat velveeta
- 2 c milk
Preparation
Step 1
Add boullion cubes, water, hash browns, broccoli, mixed vegetables, and onion into large stock pot.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add cans of cream of chicken soup, cubed velveeta, and milk.
Simmer.
