Soup: Creamy Chicken, Cheese and Vegetable

Ingredients

  • 7 chicken boullion cubes
  • 7 c water
  • 2 lb. package of cubed hash browns
  • 1 ten oz. package frozen broccoli
  • 1 ten oz. package of mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cans lowfat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. lowfat velveeta
  • 2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Add boullion cubes, water, hash browns, broccoli, mixed vegetables, and onion into large stock pot.

Simmer 30 minutes.

Add cans of cream of chicken soup, cubed velveeta, and milk.

Simmer.
