Ingredients
- 6 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 T orange zest
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 c water
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/4 C fresh orange juice

Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil first 6 ingredients. Cook 10 minutes. Dissolve 1 T cornstarch in orange juice. Add mixture to cranberries. Simmer 15 minutes until thick and cool. Put in refrigerator.
