This recipe was found in Grandma Eva's recipe box, but the title was missing. On the side of the recipe, she had written "Good." On the back of the recipe, she had listed the following names: Edna, Grace, Gloria, Ann, Em, Eleanor, and Txelar.

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup sherry wine

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients together 5 minutes. Pour into prepared pans, either two loaf pans or a large oblong Pyrex 9x 13. Bake 35 minutes. Cool.
