Raspberry Lemonade

this Raspberry Lemonade would be perfect to serve! It’s refreshing, slightly tangy and absolutely fabulous. All you need is some raspberries, plop them into a food processor, puree, strain, add lemon juice, water and some sugar to taste and you are ready for your guests!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 c ice cubes
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 4 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Place raspberries into a food processor. Add water and process until pureed.
Strain from seeds. Discard seeds.
Transfer the raspberry puree into a tall pitcher. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Serve chilled over ice.

Notes

You can use fresh raspberries in this recipe. Freezing them ahead will make for a chillier drink.
