Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 T white pepper
  • 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 lb flank steak
  • green pepper strips
  • onion slices

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients and marinate meat in fridge for at least 12 hours. Reserve 2 T marinade.

Cook sliced meat in small amount of oil. Add peppers and onion slices towards end of cooking time. Cook until tender. Pour on reserved marinade.
