Ingredients
- 2 cups stock (beef/chicken/pork)
- 1 tbsp Chinese soy sauce
- 3 or 4 medium mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 cup thin egg noodles
- 1 small green onion with leaves
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts

Preparation
Step 1
Bring stock to a boil, add soy sauce and mushrooms; boil for 3 minutes. Drop in noodles, boil for 3 minutes longer. Just before removing from heat, add sliced onions and bean sprouts.
