Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, cut into 3 or 4 pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 3 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can slivered water chestnuts.
- Seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach and drain well.
Line bottom of a casserole with the artichoke heart pieces.
In a large bowl, combine drained spinach with butter, cream cheese, and water chestnuts. Spread over the artichokes, top with crumbs.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 20 minutes or until bubbly.
