Spinach & Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, cut into 3 or 4 pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 3 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can slivered water chestnuts.
  • Seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach and drain well.

Line bottom of a casserole with the artichoke heart pieces.

In a large bowl, combine drained spinach with butter, cream cheese, and water chestnuts. Spread over the artichokes, top with crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 20 minutes or until bubbly.
