Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. confectioner's sugar
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Work all ingredients together with your hands or in a food processor until blended. Shape all of the dough into 1-inch balls. Flatten slightly with fork tines or cookie press.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart, at 300 for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes then remove to cooling racks. Store in airtight container.
