• 2 cups baby spinach leaves
• 1 med. Apple, thinly sliced
• 2 T chopped celery
• 2 T toasted pecans, chopped
• 2 T light Italian dressing

Toss ingredients with dressing in large bowl


(To toast nuts, spread in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees fro 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally)
