Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 lb. md shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 c. room temperature beer

Step 1
1) heat margarine over md heat in skillet; begin to saute shrimp
2)mix the rest of the ingredients (except beer) together
3) toss above ingredients with shrimp in skillet
4) as shrimp begins to turn pink add beer to skillet; continue to cook til shrimp is cooked thru and majority of beer evaporated
