Beef Stroganoff (Grandma Eva's)

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. sirloin or round steak
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. tenderizer
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. grated garlic
- 3 cans sliced mushrooms
- 4 tbsp. pale sherry
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1 can beef bouillion
- 3 bouillion cubes in 1 cup water
- 1 pint sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except sour cream and meat. Put meat in and simmer for one hour. Add one pint of sour cream before serving. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
