Ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 32 oz. pkg. Hash Browns, thawed
- 1 cup Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1 tsp butter, melted

Step 1
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2" baking dish. In a large bowl combine shredded cheese, soup, sour cream, chopped onion, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in thawed hash browns. Turn mixture into prepared dish. Toss together corn flakes and 1 tsp melted butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
