Crispy picnic chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 C nonfat buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 pds boneless skinless chicken
  • 2 1/2 C corn flakes
  • 1.2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 C panko bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

preheat over 350'
place buttermilk and chicken in zip top bag -coat
refrigerate for 30 minutes
Combine corn flakes with italian seasoning, salt, cayenne
drain chicken and bread each piece
bake 30 minutes
