Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2/3 c granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla paste
  • 2/3 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

put flour, powder, soda, and salt in bowl and whisk together.

beat butter and sugar until light and creamy (4 minutes). add eggs, one at a time and then vanilla. With mixer on low beat in flour mixture and sour cream 1/3 portions at a time. Beat on medium until batter is thcik and smooth.

Cook at 350 for 26 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
