  • 1⅓ cups all purpose flour

  • ½ t baking powder

  • ½ t baking soda

  • ¼ t salt

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ⅔ c granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1½ t vanilla paste

  • ⅔ c sour cream


Heat oven to 350 put flour, powder, soda, and salt in bowl and whisk together. beat butter and sugar until light and creamy (4 minutes). add eggs, one at a time and then vanilla. With mixer on low beat in flour mixture and sour cream 1/3 portions at a time. Beat on medium until batter is thcik and smooth. Cook at 350 for 26 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
