Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 5-6 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 vidalia onion (add a little at a time)
  • 6 jalapenos (add a little at a time)
  • garlic salt (go easy)

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the tomatoes, jalapenos and onion in to small pieces. Put in bowl and add garlic salt to taste. Chop the cilantro as small as you can using only the leaves and not the stems. Add the cilantro in small amounts and taste as you go along. You'll know by taste when to stop adding. The same goes with the garlic salt.
