Strawberry Ice Cream for Electric Machine
By over70
This is an old recipe and it contains a raw egg. If that bothers you, you can substitute egg beaters or pasteurized egg. The cook time is for the processing time of my machine, yours may differ. The 1/2 to 1 hour chill time was not included in the prep/cook time. Do not omit the chill time as it is important to chill ingredients before adding to electric machine. Product will freeze much more quickly.

If using frozen strawberries in syrup, decrease of omit sugar.
Chill mixture for 1/2 to 1 hour until cold.
Process according to the instructions for your machine.
Note, this is a single serving of approx. 1 pint. Double for 1 quart, X 4 for half gallon and X 8 for 1 gallon.
