Cream Cheese Brownie Pie

  • 1 pie crust, softened
  • 8Oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 15Oz package hot fudge brownie mix
  • ¼ Cup oil
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • ½ Cup pecans

Preparation

Step 1


Prepare pie crust. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg. Beat then set aside. Reserve hot fudge packet from brownie mix for topping. Combine brownie mix, oil, water and remaining 2 eggs. Beat for at least 50 strokes. Spread ½ Cup brownie mixture in bottom of pie crust. Spoon on cream cheese mixture and spread. Top with remaining brownie mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Drizzle with hot fudge.
