Ingredients
- •3/4 cup butter, melted
- •1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- •2 eggs
- •1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- •1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- •3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- •1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- •1/2 cup coarsely chopped slivered almonds
- •1 cup fresh raspberries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an 8 X 8 baking dish. In a large bowl, with a hand or stand mixer, blend butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla then mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt then blend just until all ingredients are combined. Do not over mix. Gently fold in chocolate chips, almonds and fresh raspberries. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan on wire rack then cut into squares. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with additional raspberries and a sprig of mint.
