Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix (butter, butter pecan, etc)
  • 3.4 oz box instant pudding (French vanilla)\
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/4 ¼ C. veg. oil
  • 2 Tbs. poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 ¼ C. chopped pecans-optional

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix in nuts if using. Pour into greased bread loaf pans. Bake at 350, 35-45 minutes for large loaf pans. Or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
