Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of mixed heirloom tomatoes
- 1 small spring onion
- half a clove of garlic, grated
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil (use the best one you got)
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2-3 tsp fresh horseradish, grated
- 100 g goat cheese, crumbled
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- a small handful of fresh oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Lay out 4 large romaine lettuce leaves on a plate. Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and crumbled goats cheese. Mix dressing and pour over salad. Eat with or without a fork!
