- 4 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1/2 C (4 OZ) FRESH MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED
- 1 T ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE, PRESSED
- 1/2 C GRATED SWISS CHEESE
- 1/2 C SEASONED CRUMBS
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
BEAT EGGS WITH WISK. ADD MUSHROOMS & ONION, GARLIC, CHEESE & CROUTONS. ADD SEASONINGS & MIX.
SPOON MIXTURE INTO MINI MUFFIN PAN. BAKE 15 - 18 MINUTES.
COOL 2 MINUTES & REMOVE FROM PAN. SERVE WARM.
