Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teasp. baking soda
  • 2 teasp. baking powder
  • 1 teasp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 teasp. salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

In large mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and iol until smooth.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold on chocolate chips. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 375 degrees for 10 to 18 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing.
