Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue 0 Picture


  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound chocolate chips, semi-sweet
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • Fruit, cakes, cookies for dipping



Step 1

Bring cream to a boil in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and add chocolate, softening 3 minutes. Stir constantly until melted. Stir in Grand Marnier.

Transfer chocolate to fondue pot or ceramic serving pot; do not heat at table. Serve with fresh fruit, cubed cake and cookies.

**You will need either a fondue pot or a heat diffuser to plac eunder ceramic fondue pot.
