Ingredients
- 9 " pie shell
- 1 can crabmeat (or bacon)
- 6 oz Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/3 C chopped green onions
- 3/4 C mayo
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C milk
- 3 T flour
- Dash salt

Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie shell x 5 min @ 375. Layer in pie shell the crabmeat, Swiss cheese, green onion. Beat together the mayo, eggs, milk, flour and salt. Pour over pie and bake @350 x 40 min til custard is set and browned. If using a 10" pie shell, use 1.5 x all ingredients.
