Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1/8 – ¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
- Fish:
- 2/3 lb. Halibut, Cod or other mild white fish
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine topping ingredients and set aside. Place fish in a broiling pan, sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bake in a pre-heated 450 oven for 12 minutes per inch of thickness or until done. Remove fish and turn the oven to broil. Spread topping on the fish and return to broil for 1 minute or until golden.
