Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 (4-oz.) pkg. corned beef, torn into small pieces
  • 3/4 c. Hellmann’s mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all the ingredients well. Put into a small casserole or 8-inch-square Pyrex dish. Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Serve with hors d’oeuvre size thin rye bread slices.
