Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tbl spoon sugar
  • 1 tbl spoon butter/margine
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 1/3 bread flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp bread yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Use dough setting (2 hours)
remove
place on lightly floured surface
cover with a bowl, let rise 15-20 minutes

Sprinkle cornmeal on cookie sheet.
Roll (sort of) into one long or 2 smaller french loaves.
Cover with a towel, rise for 45 minutes (depends on house warmth) to double size
Bake at 400 Degrees for 20 minutes till golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
