Ingredients

  • 1/4

    c. cider vinegar

  • 1/4

    tsp. dijon mustard

  • 1/4

    tsp. dried dill

  • 4

    6 ounce salmon steaks (1/2 inch thick)

  • 1

    green pepper thinly sliced

  • 1

    large tomato thinly sliced

  • 1

    onion thinly sliced

  • non stick cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In glass baking dish combine vinegar mustard and dill. Add salmon and turn to coat both sides. Marinate 5 minutes. Flip 5 more minutes. Cut 4 squares of foil and coat the dull side with cooking spray. Place a piece of salmon in center of each top with the peppers, tomatoes, onions. Drizzle with marinade seal packets, place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
