Salmon with Dill Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill
- 4 6 ounce salmon steaks (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 green pepper thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- non stick cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In glass baking dish combine vinegar mustard and dill. Add salmon and turn to coat both sides. Marinate 5 minutes. Flip 5 more minutes. Cut 4 squares of foil and coat the dull side with cooking spray. Place a piece of salmon in center of each top with the peppers, tomatoes, onions. Drizzle with marinade seal packets, place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
