  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup canned pork, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large skillet, cook the eggs in oil until they are firm. Push them to one side of the skillet.

2. Add the onion and garlic; cook until the onion is tender (about 5 minutes).

3. Stir in the cooked rice, pork and soy sauce.

4. Continue stirring until all the ingredients are mixed and steaming hot.
