tennessee tea cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine room temp
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/4 c bisquick
  • 1 c betty crocker potato buds

Preparation

Step 1

preheat 350'

cream margarine and sugar, add egg and almond flavoring - mix well
Add bisquick and potato buds - mix well
drop by tsp on ungreased cookie sheet
bake until edges are lightly browned

about 10 minutes

let cool a minute or two before removing from pan
